- You can now add the GYM ONLY Bolt on to ANY membership from £15 per month.
- Student PAYG now only £4 per class!
- Adult PAYG now only £5 per class (with £5 direct debit per month)
- Train from as little as 98p per day, or 73p per class!

There were accomplishments from members all over, including top grading results in BJJ and Kickboxing, weight loss targets smashed and so much more!

This is only down to the continued hard work of the coach’s, staff and everyone behind the scenes.

2013 is going to be a great year with two K1 titles being fought for in January, Phil Harris in the UFC in February, two Kickboxing gradings in February, the popular K1 Interclub in February and much much more!

We cater for beginners EVERYDAY so whatever level you are come and have go, we PROMISE you will love it!

We had 5 people compete and 3 wins out of it which isn’t a bad result especially when one of the losses was taken on 4 days notice! Out of the wins saw our Judo Coach Brett Caswell get another win by Armbar over his much more experienced opponent, Matt Hughes win on his Pro debut against a fighter with more than 10 fights experience on Matt’s zero, and to top the night off Mike Ling won the Middleweight title belt in emphatic fashion!

With the debut of our first fighter in the UFC last weekend suffering an unfortunate loss by rear naked choke after winning the first round things are only going to get busier here at Gym 01. Yet more fighters have joined from other gyms in the past few weeks expanding our already successful roster of amateurs and pro’s. Remember we cater for ALL levels and you do not have to compete to be a part of the Gym 01 team!

A huge well done to anyone that has competed over the last few weeks on behalf of Gym 01 and we will of course update you all when we next grace the cage!

We will be introducing a new touch screen system which is tailored for Gym 01, it will eventually allow for a better experience by offering training advice via facebook, twitter and e-mail depending on what classes you have done over the last month as well as making sure you are getting the best value for money on classes and gym training.

Please be patient with us, due to the complexity of the system we are expecting some glitches and bugs over the coming weeks but trust us when we say it will be worth it!

We have beginners classes on throughout the day, and evening 7 days a week and for the duration of the games we would like to offer huge reductions on some of our memberships!
