Matthew Burbridge – NEW ABA Boxing Coach at Gym 01

Matthew Burbridge, a young and enthusiastic ABA qualified coach is starting with Gym 01 and promises to bring something exciting to EVERY class.

Matthew will be taking the boxing technique class every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6.30pm and will cater for everyone over the age of 16 in our adult classes.

Remember at Gym 01, your first class is free so come along and give a session a try for nothing, what have you got to lose?

Here is a brief history of Matthew……

‘I’m an ABA qualified Boxing Coach and have worked within many gyms and schools in Portsmouth. I believe that everybody has the potential to become greater with hard work and motivation, I drive to make a difference to the way people train and how they think about training.

I’ve always had the mind set for self improvement and I practice what I preach. I have a passion for all types of Martial Arts and Boxing and love watching those arts and skills shine through when confronted with one another.

I always bring something exciting to the sessions! So regardless of age, fitness level, sex or ability I want everyone to come and give Boxing a try with me! You won’t be disappointed.’
